PT Sinar Surya Sakti Glassindo is using the latest high-tech machines in the glass processing industry.

Glaston machine is a well-known brand from Finland. It’s famous for glass processing machine that can produce optimal and safe tempered glass. While the Glaston RC-Series is a state-of-the-art machine to process all temperable glass type, and can be configured to meet the highest capacity requirements with different convection options.

We are equipped with Glaston Tempered Machine RC200-2448-470-HS10 that can process Low-E and Heat Strengthening process, to make sure all SAKTITEMP^® products are at the best quality and maximum safety. We are able to process glass from the size 200 mm x 450 mm to 2,400 mm x 4,800 mm JUMBO size.

Our factory also equipped with Glaston CNC Cutting Table with outstanding speed and excellent precision. SAKTITEMP^® can be cut precisely in various shapes such as squares, ovals, circles, and many curves.

Full automatic Double Edge Line can process four edges of glass at the same time, and it’s suitable for Architectural Glass, Furniture Glass, Home Appliances, Shower Doors, Solar Glass, etc. We have 11 spindles on each side, which can be equipped with Diamond Wheels Auto Compensation System and Auto Polishing System for full automatic production line and achieve better grinding quality.

Automatic Size Detection Table and Barcode Control System are available for your choices for no additional adjustments. Greatly improved productivity while processing different sizes of glass.

Width adjustment takes high precision ball screw structure, and size-changing speed can go up to 7 meters per minute, both speed and precision are well guaranteed. Rough Grinding Speed can go up to 15 meters per minute, and productivity is twice higher than normal Double Edger.

All system implemented could be integrated into one full automatic production for faster production and reduce error rate.
